Rebooting the deepest energy reserves and emotional resilience by calming the nervous system, releasing stored fears and stress and replenishing the life force (Qi)
Followed by a gentle Yin Yoga session with Tamwah, flowing with the water element and the energies of the Full Moon, inviting deep release, detachment, renewal & spiritual connection.
Through slow-held postures, guided breath work, stretching, and soft vocal activation, the nervous system is soothed and the body settles into profound rest.
